This programme aims at giving the opportunity to those who want to acquire a master degree but they do not have time for full time candidature due their busy work schedule. It also aims at giving the same opportunities to the other specializations relevant to water resources development and management such as law, economics, statisticians, etc. These candidates can register for M.Sc. by thesis.

The fees are grouped into two categories according to the nationalities. Local citizens have different fees from that of foreigners. Please accommodation and living expenses were not included in the fees. Candidates should arrange for these aspects on their own. However, UNESCO-CWR may help in finding a suitable accommodation for the candidates.

Application forms are available for downloads. Interested candidates can download the application forms, fill them carefully and send them by ordinary mail or electronic mail to the coordinator research and capacity building.
